Mr Teah Huan Ying joined Mapletree in December 2021 to lead the strategic management of the group’s commercial real estate assets across Europe and USA, and most recently headed the capital structuring and portfolio management functions for Mapletree Europe.

With over 14 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience in Credit Suisse and HSBC, Huan Ying has successfully advised clients over the full gamut of financing, capital markets and M&A transactions across multiple sectors, including infrastructure and real estate.

Mr Teah holds a Bachelor of Computing (Information Systems) from the National University of Singapore.
