Mr Gregory Lui has been MUSEL’s Fund Manager since the fund’s inception in March 2019. From 2018 onwards, he has been actively involved in the management and growth of Mapletree’s Logistics portfolios in the US and EU. Prior to this, he was Senior Vice President, Investment for Mapletree Logistics Trust Management (MLTM). Since joining MLTM’s senior management team in 2014, he had been heading capital transactions and portfolio management. His responsibilities included sourcing and evaluating opportunities to grow the portfolio, executing investments and divestments, and driving portfolio strategy.

Gregory has over 20 years of experience in listed real estate securities, having worked in global investment banks. Prior to joining the Manager, he spent 13 years at Deutsche Bank AG where he held various roles including Head of Asean Property Research and Head of Regional REITs. Gregory is a Chartered Financial Analyst and graduated with a BSc in Economics from Santa Clara University.
