Mr Ben Goodsir is responsible for investments, business development and portfolio management for the commercial real estate within the US.

Mr Goodsir brings with him over 22 years of real estate experience in asset management and investment for various asset classes, with a strong focus in office assets across different US states. Prior to joining Mapletree, Ben was with Paramount Group, Inc. as Senior Vice President, Asset Management & Member of Executive Committee.

He headed the asset management for a portfolio of Class A office assets as well as actively managed two mezzanine debt funds with a total size of approximately USD1.1 billion. Prior to that, he was with Allianz Real Estate of Americas as Senior Director, Head of Portfolio Management.

Mr Goodsir holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Land Economics (Honours) from the University of Technology, Sydney.
